How to Apply

BYCS will be begin taking applications for the 2024 – 2025 school year on Monday, January 8, 2024, at 9:00 AM. Applications must be submitted through our 2024-25 Enrollment Portal. To recieve priority status, applications and the non-refundable application fee of $125 are due no later than Thursday, January 18.

Teacher recommendations are required for applicants who will be 3 years old by August 15, 2024. Recommendations are due no later than Thursday, January 18.

To be considered for enrollment new students with birthdays from January 1, 2019 – August 15, 2021 will need to make an appointment for a Readiness Assessment on Monday, January 22.

Appointments are available at the following times:

• 9:00 – 9:45 AM
• 10:30 – 11:45 AM
• 1:00 – 2:15 PM

Students are considered for enrollment in the following order:

• Current students of BYCS
• Brentwood Baptist Church members
• Siblings of current students
• Waiting Pool
• Public

In addition to these criteria, available slots will be filled based on the order of submission for forms and fees (ie – preference given to forms and fees submitted earlier). Children who are not admitted during the first round of admissions will be placed in the waiting pool.

*Child’s parents must have officially joined Brentwood Baptist and completed all membership classes before Tuesday, January 8, 2024.

First round admission decisions will be emailed Friday, February 9. To secure your spot, all forms and a non-refundable deposit equal to one month’s tuition are due on March 1, 2024.

All fees are non-refundable once paid.
